David

David Lamb
President

David joined Top Level Management in 2008. He currently oversees all aspects of the finance department as well as manages the landscaping division. David’s responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations. David is married and has 3 children. He is a lifetime member of the PGA. His hobbies include fishing and golf. David resides in Easley and is an active member of Easley First Baptist.
Michael

Michael Howard
Vice President / C.O.O

Mike joined Top Level Management in 2004. He brings with him over 20 years of facility maintenance experience. Mike reports directly to the President. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall business of TLM along with all business functions including, contract management, job pricing, and job profitability analysis. Mike is directly responsible for overseeing the District and Account Managers. 

Mike also provides periodic quality audits at our customer’s locations and helps to address any personnel issues. He is especially skilled in developing strong working relationships with existing and prospective customers, implementing innovative work processes and pricing structures, and has simply proven himself to be an essential member of our team. Mike oversees all business practices to ensure that all goals are met. Mike is a member of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce. He is CMI and CBSE certified. Mike is married and has 3 kids. Mike enjoys fishing and playing golf in his free time. He’s an active member of Evergreen Baptist Church of Anderson.
Heather

Heather Lollis
Director of Business Development / Human Resource Manager

Heather joined Top Level Management in 2013 and is a major part of the corporate marketing strategy & sales team. In this role she is responsible for new business development, maintaining strategic alliances with our clients and contract negotiating. She is also responsible for the daily marketing calls as well as on the road marketing. 

Heather brings her comprehensive set of skills and expertise in marketing and sales to Top Level Management, which adheres to all our initiatives to deliver an even more powerful brand message to the marketplace. She has over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service. In her secondary role as HR Manager, Heather is responsible for all federal and state compliance. She handles all benefits, payroll, and documentation of new hires and active employees. Heather has 2 children, Peyton & Adisyn, whom she enjoys spending all her free time with. She also enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, and shopping.
Margaret

Margaret Black
Senior District Manager

Margaret joined Top Level Management in 2010. She began as an on-site manager and in 2011 was promoted to a district manager. She reports directly to the C.O.O. Margaret is responsible for organizing and overseeing all aspects of the janitorial contracts in her area. She is especially skilled in optimizing operational processes, developing and training associates, and implementing safety procedures to achieve maximum results to our clients and their facilities. 

Margaret’s responsibility of overseeing all operating procedures in her assigned accounts includes monitoring budgets, inventory control, and the staffing. Margaret is a certified CMI instructor, a member if Zeta Alpha PSI sisterhood, and is also an active member of D.I.V.A. for Christ. She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
Aaron

Aaron Howard
Purchasing Manager

Aaron joined Top Level Management in 2015. He is responsible for a variety of duties in receiving, issuing, handling and accounting for inventory stock. Aaron issues supplies, materials, and equipment to District Managers for their accounts. He manually pre-picks stock items from multi-level racking which are specified in purchase order documents, in advance of issuance to managers. He is also in charge of receiving all orders into our system that enter the warehouse before stocking. Aaron enjoys playing basketball at the YMCA and spending time with family in his free time.
Brandi

Brandi Lollis
Accounts Specialist

Brandi joined Top Level Management in 2017. She is responsible for all administrative and office support activities. Brandi also provides accounting support to major financial accounting areas including; accounts payable, general ledger development and maintains other accounting reports and files. Brandi works in preparing processes by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data and documents. She has 4 children; Braydon, Landon, Justin, and Ashley. Brandi enjoys shopping, traveling, and riding with her husband on their motorcycle.
Christy

Christy Lanning
District Manager

Christy joined Top Level Management in 2017. She moved to South Carolina in 2008 from Dalton Georgia. While living in Georgia she held a seat as a Chamber of Commerce Diplomat and was a member of the Tourism and Travel Department. She had the opportunity to help plan the Tour de Georgia. Christy has over 25 years of experience in Customer Service and Management. She is married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Don Gossett
Account Executive

Don joined Top Level Management in 2004. He is responsible for promoting, selling, and securing business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Don also makes telephone calls and in-person visits to prospective customers. He plans and organizes personal sales strategies to ensure all his sales goal are met each quarter. Don enjoys golf and is an active member of his Second Baptist Church of Belton, SC.

Ray- J
Warehouse Associate

Ray- J joined Top Level Management in 2016. His responsibilities include: assisting with stocking the warehouse, proper storage, and distributing orders to our customers. He is responsible for tracking deliveries and submitting all packing slips to accounting. 
His hobbies are making and producing his own music.
